Our satisfied customers say it best.
St. Croix Electric Cooperative takes our trucks to Midwest Truck Service for several reasons:
First and foremost, we like to keep our business local to support the community, but we will not sacrifice quality to do so. We have had very good luck with the entire crew at MWTS not only providing quality work, but also standing behind the jobs that they complete without question. The next few reasons run together with knowledge, flexibility, and honesty.
We have a small crew with just enough trucks to complete our work on a daily basis. When a truck breaks down I am an impatient man, as it throws a wrench in our already tight schedule. When I call MWTS I want to know how soon they can get it done, what the problem is, and when I can expect the truck to back on the road.
I have always felt that we have been treated like a priority when I call, and as soon as the parts are found, I am given all of the information I need to plan our next day.
They stay on top of our maintenance and offer opinions that could help with our fleet to prevent recurring problems. They are flexible with scheduling and make every effort to satisfy our requests.
I will continue, without hesitation, to have MWTS complete the work on our fleet knowing that I can trust the work is being done correctly and honestly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality experience with the desired end result that everyone expects.

We use MWTS as our main repair shop because I trust them.
I refer our drivers to them when they call in with a truck or trailer problem. (I do not know one thing about a truck and do not want to know.)
Matt or Doug respond to the driver with the knowledge that is needed to resolve the issue. In other words, I let them decide by talking to the driver whether to bring the problem to their shop (now or later), send one of their mechanics out to the truck to repair it, or that the driver needs to get to the nearest repair shop (which is not always them.)
Time and time again, Matt and his crew have went and got the necessary equipment and training to service our trucks and trailers. I really appreciate their forever expanding knowledge and hours. I believe their customer service skills are top notch!
Using MWTS as our "in-house mechanic" is wonderful and the most efficient way to run our business!
